<div itemprop="description">Ferwerda, Gertrude J.(Trudy),<br><br>Peacefully on February 23, 2017, Trudy Ferwerda entered into the presence of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ at the age of 93. Beloved wife of the late Bert. Dear mother of John (Sharon), Phylis (Mark) and Georgina (Ralph). Dear Oma of 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Survived by two sisters, Noor and Juul in the Netherlands. Trudy had a true servant heart continuing with volunteering until a few weeks ago. She lived serving Jesus as her Saviour which was evident to those who knew her. Friends will be recieved at MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME 1559 Fanshawe Park Road East, London on Tuesday February 28 , 2017 6 pm - 9 pm. Funeral service will be held at the Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday March 1, 2017 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations to the London and Area Right to Life Association or Meals on Wheels would be appreciated. "God did not promise us an easy journey but He did assure a safe arrival".</div>
