<div itemprop="description">Jones, Dr. William &quot;Bill&quot; Meredith <br /><br /><br /><br />Peacefully passed away in his sleep surrounded by family, on January 13, 2016 in his 86th year, at Chartwell Long Term Care Residence, London, Ontario. Predeceased by his cherished wife Joan (2015). Survived by his son Graham (Bonnie) Jones, of London. Dearest Babba to Brett Jones ( fianc&eacute;e Onyee Leung) and Megan Jones. Bill retired from practicing Anesthesiology at Toronto Western Hospital in 1991. Along with his passion for Medicine, Bill loved all things golf and was a member at York Downs Golf and Country Club for 52 years. A special thank you to the wonderful staff at Chartwell for their compassionate care. A private family service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice. <br /><br /></div>
